At Top-Tier Digital Solutions, we recognize the importance of flexibility while maintaining operational excellence. Our work from home policy is designed to support employees facing specific circumstances that necessitate remote work, with the understanding that it is not a permanent arrangement.( 1 month to 2 Months setup)

Conditions for Work from Home Approval:

  1. Medical Condition: Employees with medical conditions that require accommodation are eligible for work from home after providing appropriate documentation.

  2. Relocation Outside Laguna: Employees relocating outside Laguna must undergo evaluation by top management to determine feasibility and impact on their role.

  3. Personal / Family Problems: Approval for work from home due to personal or family issues is subject to multiple evaluations and the acceptance of the owner / CEO / COO.

  4. Internet Requirement: Employees must use PLDT internet service to ensure reliable connectivity.

  5. Electricity Stability: The work area should have a stable electricity supply with no history of frequent power outages.

  6. Distraction-Free Environment: Employees must have a proper room designated for work without distractions.

  7. Equipment Evaluation: Employees are required to have their own proper equipment, evaluated by our technician to ensure compatibility and functionality.

  8. Compliance with Rules: Employees must adhere to all rules and regulations set by their Team Leader (TL) and the company while working remotely.

  9. Attendance at Meetings: Employees are expected to attend general meetings and other company activities as required.

Policy Scope:

  • Work from home arrangements are granted on a temporary basis to allow employees to resolve external issues affecting their ability to work from the office.

  • Failure to comply with the conditions within two months of starting the setup may result in mandatory resignation and forfeiture of accrued workdays.
